Payments Accepted
We process all orders through Paypal, you DO NOT have to have a registered account with Paypal in order to securely pay with a credit card. Processing through Paypal also allows us to save in credit card processing fees which means better pricing for you.
Shipping Policies
We ship our products five days a week via USPS. Shipping insurance is OPTIONAL and highly recommended, as we are not held responsible for lost or damaged packages once shipped. You, the buyer, assume the risk of loss and/or damage by not purchasing insurance.
Shipping FAQ's
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: We do have some stock on hand but we prefer to make your candles fresh as they are ordered, our current turn around time is 3 to 7 business days.
Q: What if I paid too much for shipping?
A: We will refund amount over paid for shipping if any.
Q: What if my candles shipped during the Summer months?
A: We are not responsible for candles shipped during the hot summer months, shipping insurance does not cover this. We have yet to have an issue, but want you be aware that some candles will sweat in the heat. We always try to ship our orders at the begining of the week so that they are not left in a warehouse or a truck over the weekend.
Refunds
Satisfaction and quality customer service is our goal, if you are not happy with your order please contact us within 7 days so that we may work out a mutually fair resolution. We will do our best to make you a satisfied customer!

We respect your privacy and do not give your name and personal informtation to others. All information given is used to process your order only!
